Search terms
Videos that name your brand, caught as they are published.
Reviews, unboxings, comparisons, tutorials, complaints. A search-term source searches video titles and descriptions for your brand or product name and collects the matches into a feed as they appear, with no YouTube login, and every one lands in your moderation queue first. Approve it and it can be on your website the same minute. Paid plans.

Brand Listening
A research report, not just a stream.
Type a brand name or domain. Juicer resolves the official handles and the terms worth searching on each network, runs the plan, scores every mention positive, neutral or negative with a one-line reason, splits owned from earned, and files it all into a permanent archive. On YouTube it follows the brand's channel and searches its hashtags and domain; Reddit, X, Bluesky, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn sit alongside in the same report. Early access on paid plans.

Under the hood
What every mention carries
Sentiment with a reason
Positive, neutral or negative toward your brand, with a one-sentence explanation of why the video is relevant, so the report reads like an analyst wrote it.
Owned vs earned
Videos from your own channel are split from what other creators make, so the report measures the conversation, not your own output.
A permanent archive
Platform search only surfaces recent videos. Juicer keeps every mention it has ever found, with views, likes and comments, so a review from months ago never ages out.
Scheduled refreshes
Daily, weekly, every 14 days or monthly per brand. Each refresh looks for new mentions and flags them as new.
Moderation before publication
Search-term and hashtag videos land in the queue first. Approve, hide, filter by keyword, or let AI moderation decide, then the approved ones show on your site.
Seven networks with public search
Brand Listening plans its search across YouTube, Reddit, X, Bluesky, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. On YouTube it follows the brand's channel and searches its hashtags and domain; a search-term source adds the videos that name you.
How it works
From brand name to report
Three steps, and the third one repeats itself on the schedule you choose.
-
01
Add your brand
Type the brand name or domain. Juicer resolves it to the official handles on each network, your YouTube channel among them, and the search terms worth tracking, and shows you the plan.
-
02
Run the research
Juicer searches every planned network, filters out noise with AI, scores sentiment and files each mention into the brand's archive with its engagement numbers.
-
03
Read the report, keep it fresh
Open the report in the dashboard, then let the scheduled refresh add new mentions. Curate the good ones into a feed and they can show on your site the same day.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
What marketers ask before listening to YouTube with Juicer.
-
What is the difference between a search-term source and Brand Listening?
A search-term source is a feed feature: it pulls the public videos whose title or description name your brand into a feed you moderate and can embed, and a Hashtag source does the same for a tag. Brand Listening is a separate research workspace: it searches the networks for your brand, scores sentiment and produces reports on a schedule. On YouTube it follows the brand's channel and searches its hashtags and domain. Many teams use both. -
Which plan do I need?
Hashtag and search-term sources are on every paid plan, with a trial on the free plan. Brand Listening is in early access for paid-plan accounts. Request early access and we will switch it on. -
Do I need to connect my YouTube account?
No. Hashtag and search-term sources are added by term, with no Google login and nothing Juicer can upload on your behalf. Brand Listening searches public content and needs no YouTube connection either. -
Does it catch every video about my brand?
Not every one. YouTube indexes hashtags and search terms against video titles, descriptions and other metadata, and it does not index every video under a hashtag, especially less popular ones. Try a few spellings, and add any video it missed by hand as a custom post. -
Does it monitor comments?
No. Sources and Brand Listening track videos, with their view, like and comment counts; the comments themselves are not searched. -
What does a report contain?
The mentions found, each with platform, channel, title, engagement counts, a positive, neutral or negative sentiment and a one-line relevance reason; an owned versus earned split; which platforms the conversation happens on; and what is new since the last refresh. -
How often is it refreshed?
You choose per brand: daily, weekly, every 14 days or monthly. You can also trigger a refresh by hand. Each run only adds to the archive; nothing found earlier is lost. -
Can I reply to videos from Juicer?
Not yet. Today Brand Listening is for finding and understanding the conversation; each mention links to the original video so you can respond on YouTube. Replying from Juicer is on the roadmap. -
Can I put the best videos on my website?
Yes. Approve them in a feed with search-term or Hashtag sources and the YouTube feed widget plays them on your site, with the same moderation and styling as any Juicer feed.
