Why embed

Why embed an Instagram feed?

Social proof where the buying happens

Your best photos, Reels and customer posts already live on Instagram. Displaying them on your product and landing pages gives visitors the proof they look for right where they decide.

Fresh content without manual posting

Your page updates itself every time you post. Juicer syncs new posts and Reels automatically, so the feed stays current with zero editing work.

Turn followers into visitors, and visitors into followers

A live feed on your site sends Instagram engagement to your own pages and points website visitors at your account, without making either group leave to find the other.

Four ways to pull Instagram content

Most Instagram widgets stop at your own account. Juicer gives you four source types, and you can combine as many of each as your plan allows.

Account source

Connect your Instagram account and every new post and Reel flows into your feed automatically. Included on every plan, the free one too.

Hashtag source

Collect public posts tagged with your campaign or branded hashtag, whoever posted them. Needs an Instagram Business account linked to a Facebook Page; available on paid plans.

Stories source

Bring your account's Stories into the same feed as your posts, so the content you publish for 24 hours also works on your website. Available on paid plans.

Mentions source

Show the posts other accounts publish that tag your account: customer photos, partner shout-outs, event coverage. Available on the Pro and Enterprise plans.

Features

Everything an Instagram feed on your website needs

Moderation built in

Keep or hide any post before it appears. Approve posts manually, or let AI moderation keep the feed brand-safe automatically.

Keyword filters

Filter incoming posts by keyword to keep a hashtag feed on topic, or block terms you never want on your site.

Photos, carousels, Reels and video

Every Instagram post format renders in the feed, with video playing in place. Juicer caches the media so your feed keeps working between syncs.

Custom styling

Choose a layout, match your brand's colors and typography, and go further with custom CSS when you need pixel-level control.

Mix Instagram with 14 other networks

One feed can combine Instagram with Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Bluesky and more, in a single wall with one embed code.

Official API, read-only

Juicer connects through Instagram's official API with read-only access. It can import your posts and nothing else: it never posts, likes or deletes on your behalf.

Analytics, Stories insights included

Feed views, post clicks and follower growth per connected account, on every plan. Connected Instagram accounts also report Stories insights: new followers, reach and profile views.

Shoppable call-to-action buttons

Put a Shop now, Sign up or Learn more button on any post in the feed and link it anywhere. Clicks are counted per post. Starter plan and above.

Posts from your audience, and your own

Share a link or QR code and visitors submit photos straight into your moderation queue, no Instagram account needed. Add custom posts for events, offers and announcements alongside the Instagram content.

How to

How to embed an Instagram feed

Three steps, no coding. If you can paste one line of HTML, you can put an Instagram feed on your website.

  1. The Juicer sign-up dialog with Google, Facebook and email options

    01

    Create your Juicer feed

Sign up free and create a feed. You can keep it Instagram-only or mix in other networks later.

  2. The Add source panel with Instagram selected and a Connect Instagram button

    02

Connect Instagram and add your source

Pick Instagram, connect your account with a read-only login, then choose your posts, Reels, a hashtag or Stories.

  3. The embed dialog showing the one-line embed code for a feed

    03

    Copy the embed code

Paste it anywhere HTML works. The feed updates itself from then on.

Integrations

Works with your website builder

The embed works on any site that accepts an embed code. These platforms get a dedicated step-by-step guide.

  • Instagram feed on WordPress

The official Juicer plugin drops your Instagram feed into any post or page with a one-line shortcode. In the WordPress directory since 2015.

  • Instagram feed on Squarespace

Drop the embed into a Code Block and the feed keeps itself current. No plugin and no upkeep.

  • Instagram feed on Shopify

A copy-paste snippet in a Custom Liquid section puts the feed in your store. No app to install and no monthly app fee.

  • Instagram feed on Wix

Paste one snippet into the Embed HTML element. Works on free and premium Wix sites alike.

  • Instagram feed on Webflow

An Embed element carries the feed into your layout, so it ships with your design system instead of fighting it.

  • Instagram feed on Drupal

The official Juicer Social Feed module brings your Instagram feed into Drupal as a native block. No coding required.

Juicer as an Instagram aggregator

A single Instagram source is a feed. Several of them make Juicer an Instagram aggregator: combine your account, a campaign hashtag and the posts that mention you into one feed, or mix Instagram with other social networks in a single wall. Every source shares the same moderation, filters and styling, and the whole wall ships to your site with one embed code. See the Instagram aggregator page for the social wall use cases and the social media aggregator page for the full multi-network picture.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What site owners ask before embedding an Instagram feed.

  • Do I need to connect my Instagram account?
Yes, for your own posts. You log in to Instagram once and grant Juicer read-only access; Juicer can import your posts and nothing else. Account posts and Reels work on every plan, including the free one. The setup guide walks through it in five minutes, and the help article covers troubleshooting. The API is the exception: it looks up public accounts and hashtags with no connection at all.
  • Can I embed an Instagram hashtag feed?
Yes. A Hashtag source collects public posts tagged with your hashtag from any account. Instagram requires a Business account linked to a Facebook Page for hashtag access, and it hides the usernames and profile pictures of hashtag posts. Hashtag sources are available on paid plans; our hashtag setup guide covers the prerequisites and limits.
  • Can I show Reels and Stories?
Yes. Reels arrive through your account source alongside your posts and play right in the feed; our guide to embedding Instagram Reels on a website walks through it. A Stories source, available on paid plans, brings your account's Stories into the same feed.
  • Can I show posts from several Instagram accounts?
Yes. Each account is its own source, and one feed can hold several sources. Connect the accounts you manage, add each as a source, and their posts appear together in one wall.
  • Can I moderate which posts appear?
Yes. You can approve every post manually before it shows, hide individual posts with one click, set keyword filters, or turn on AI moderation to keep the feed brand-safe automatically. That matters most for hashtag and mentions feeds, where other people do the posting.
  • How often does the feed update?
Juicer checks your sources for new posts on a schedule that depends on your plan; higher plans sync more often. See the pricing page for the update frequency of each plan.
  • Can I embed an Instagram feed for free?
Yes. The free plan includes a working feed with a real embed code and your account's posts and Reels. Paid plans add hashtag feeds, Stories, more sources, faster updates and advanced features like AI moderation; see pricing for the details.
  • Which website platforms does it work on?
Any platform that accepts an embed code: WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, Drupal, Joomla, HubSpot or a hand-built site. WordPress and Drupal also get official Juicer extensions; see the integrations guides.
  • Can I get Instagram posts through an API instead of the widget?
Yes. The Juicer API returns Instagram account posts, Reels, hashtag posts and profiles as normalized JSON from a single request, with no feed to create. The Instagram API page has the endpoints, sample responses and credit costs; the full reference lives at developers.juicer.io.
  • Can I publish and schedule Instagram posts from Juicer?
Yes. Juicer's publishing workspace, currently in beta, lets you compose posts, upload media, keep drafts and schedule them into a posting calendar for your connected Instagram professional account, all from your desktop. The same workspace posts to Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Reddit, YouTube and Bluesky.
  • Does Juicer do social listening for Instagram?
Two ways. A Mentions source, on the Pro and Enterprise plans, pulls the posts that tag your Instagram account into your feed so you see and curate them. Brand Listening, in early access, monitors what is said about your brand across networks and delivers AI research reports on a schedule. Request early access.
  • What happens when my Instagram connection expires?
Instagram access tokens expire periodically. Juicer emails you when a connection needs attention, and the Social accounts page shows an expired connection in red with a refresh button. The feed keeps showing the posts it already has until you reconnect.

Embed feeds from every major platform

Instagram is one of 15+ networks Juicer aggregates. Every platform below gets the same widget: sources in, moderation on, one embed code out.

I love that I can connect so many social channels in one feed. I love how customizable the design is and the ability to filter the social content to exactly what you're looking for. It's so easy to add to a website and you can add in branded elements or change the design to fit your site.
