Standard Contractual Clauses and UK International Data Transfer Addendum

Juicer provides GDPR-compliant EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum (UK IDTA) to enable lawful transfers of personal data to our processing infrastructure.

Our SCCs cover transfers Controller → Processor (Module Two) under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). The UK IDTA aligns with the ICO’s Approved Addendum (Version B1.0, in force 21 March 2022) and is intended to be used together with our SCCs to provide Appropriate Safeguards for transfers subject to UK GDPR. The UK IDTA incorporates the SCC annexes by reference (Annex I–III) from Juicer’s SCC document.

What’s included

• EU SCCs: Module Two (Controller → Processor), with Annex I–III (parties, description of transfers, TOMs, and subprocessors).
• UK IDTA: ICO’s Approved Addendum referencing the same Annexes; governed by England and Wales courts and law, with ICO as competent authority.
