Mentions
Mentions of your brand across Facebook, caught as they happen.
Every post another Facebook Page publishes that tags your Page: partner shout-outs, press, event coverage, complaints. A Mentions source collects them into a feed as they appear, and every one lands in your moderation queue first. Approve it and it can be on your website the same minute. Pro and Enterprise plans.

Reviews
Reviews on your Page, the most direct signal Facebook gives a business.
A Reviews source pulls the recommendations customers leave on your Page into the same stream, each one a post card with the reviewer's words. Put them in a feed of their own for a reviews wall, or mix them with your posts. Every plan.

Brand Listening
A research report, not just a stream.
Type a brand name or domain. Juicer resolves the official handles and the terms worth searching on each network that offers public search, runs the plan, scores every mention positive, neutral or negative with a one-line reason, splits owned from earned, and files it all into a permanent archive. Your Facebook Page's mentions and reviews sit alongside in the same account. Early access on paid plans.

Under the hood
What every mention carries
Sentiment with a reason
Positive, neutral or negative toward your brand, with a one-sentence explanation of why the mention is relevant, so the report reads like an analyst wrote it.
Owned vs earned
Posts from your own accounts are split from what other people say, so the report measures the conversation, not your own output.
A permanent archive
Platform search only surfaces recent posts. Juicer keeps every mention it has ever found, with likes, comments, shares and views, so a feature from months ago never ages out.
Scheduled refreshes
Daily, weekly, every 14 days or monthly per brand. Each refresh looks for new mentions and flags them as new.
Moderation before publication
Mentions and reviews land in the queue first. Approve, hide, filter by keyword, or let AI moderation decide, then the approved ones show on your site.
Seven networks with public search
Brand Listening plans its search across Reddit, X, LinkedIn, Bluesky, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Facebook contributes what Meta's API offers: your Page's mentions and reviews.
How it works
From brand name to report
Three steps, and the third one repeats itself on the schedule you choose.
-
01
Add your brand
Type the brand name or domain. Juicer resolves it to the official handles on each network and the search terms worth tracking, and shows you the plan.
-
02
Run the research
Juicer searches every planned network, filters out noise with AI, scores sentiment and files each mention into the brand's archive with its engagement numbers.
-
03
Read the report, keep it fresh
Open the report in the dashboard, then let the scheduled refresh add new mentions. Curate the good ones into a feed and they can show on your site the same day.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
What marketers ask before listening to Facebook with Juicer.
-
What is the difference between a Mentions source and Brand Listening?
A Mentions source is a feed feature: it pulls the posts that tag your Facebook Page into a feed you moderate and can embed. Brand Listening is a separate research workspace: it searches the networks that offer public search for your brand by name, scores sentiment and produces reports on a schedule. Facebook has no public keyword search, so on Facebook the signals are your Page's mentions and reviews. Many teams use both. -
Which plan do I need?
Mentions sources are on the Pro and Enterprise plans; reviews sources on every plan. Brand Listening is in early access for paid-plan accounts. Request early access and we will switch it on. -
Do I need to connect my Facebook account?
For Mentions and Reviews sources, yes: they read your own Page through Meta's API, which needs the account that manages the Page connected with read-only access. Brand Listening searches public content and needs no Facebook connection. -
Can I listen to personal profiles or Groups?
No. Facebook does not expose personal profiles or Group content to third parties, so listening covers public Pages, public posts and reviews. -
What does a report contain?
The mentions found, each with platform, author, text, engagement counts, a positive, neutral or negative sentiment and a one-line relevance reason; an owned versus earned split; which platforms the conversation happens on; and what is new since the last refresh. -
How often is it refreshed?
You choose per brand: daily, weekly, every 14 days or monthly. You can also trigger a refresh by hand. Each run only adds to the archive; nothing found earlier is lost. -
Can I reply to mentions from Juicer?
Not yet. Today Brand Listening is for finding and understanding the conversation; each mention links to the original post so you can respond on Facebook. Replying from Juicer is on the roadmap. -
Can I put the best mentions on my website?
Yes. Approve them in a feed with Mentions or reviews sources and the Facebook feed widget shows them on your site, with the same moderation and styling as any Juicer feed.
