Setting up a Social Media Aggregator on a Tumblr Blog using Juicer isn't terribly difficult, there are a few different methods.
The easiest is to use the Juicer <iframe> embed.
First make sure you have signed up (/sign-up) for Juicer.
Then, visit your tumblr dashboard and click on New "Text Post"...

It's possible to get free SSL on Heroku, albiet in somewhat limited fashion. We did this on Juicer. We were looking for an easy way to keep our monthly costs low, while still allowing users to embed their Juicer feeds on https sites (it would throw an error otherwise if we didn't support SSL).
