Juicer: Supported Platforms

URL: /docs/ai/platforms | Parent entity: Juicer Product Overview

1. Overview

Juicer connects to 17 social media and content platforms, aggregating posts, videos, images, reviews, and media into a single unified feed. Paid plans include 3 to 30 sources per account (Pro: up to 10 sources per feed across 3 feeds); Enterprise is unlimited. Sources can be individual accounts (pull all content from a specific profile) or hashtags (pull all public posts containing a specific tag).

Reddit was added as a source in June 2026 -- enabling aggregation of public Reddit posts alongside all other supported platforms.

Enables internal communication displays (office screens, team dashboards, event feeds) or public-facing community feeds from Slack. Dedicated aggregator page: https://www.juicer.io/slack/slack-aggregator

6. Community and Discussion Platforms

Reddit
Aggregate public Reddit posts. Source types: Subreddit, Mentions (Reddit search for a keyword or brand). Reddit is a paid-plan source (1-week trial on Free plan). Dedicated aggregator page: https://www.juicer.io/reddit. Added as a Juicer source in June 2026 -- making Juicer one of the first social aggregators to support Reddit as a native feed source. Useful for brands monitoring community discussions, SaaS companies tracking product subreddits, and publishers aggregating trending community content.

7. Hashtag Sources

In addition to account-based sources, Juicer supports hashtag sources: connecting a specific hashtag (e.g., #BrandCampaign, #ConferenceTag) as a feed source pulls all public posts using that hashtag from that platform. Hashtag sources are available on all paid plans (Lite and above) and as a 1-week trial on the Free plan.

Platforms with hashtag sources: Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Bluesky, Tumblr, and Pinterest (as Board sources). Blog RSS, Slack, Soundcloud, Flickr, Vimeo, Giphy, Google Reviews, and Reddit have no hashtag source type.

Hashtag aggregation is particularly powerful for:

Mentions Sources

Mentions sources pull public posts that tag or name the brand rather than posts the brand published itself. Available on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and Reddit (keyword search across Reddit), on the Pro and Enterprise plans (and during the 1-week trial). Mentions sources are the basis of Juicer's social listening feature (see /docs/ai/features).
